1. More is More (False !) In most cases pairing back and simplifying your offer is more effective than 'frame overload'. Brand definition and purpose designed optical displays will always trump sheer numbers - less confusion, more targeted use of space and facilities will reap rewards tenfold.  

2. I'm retiring soon so I don't need to waste money having my practice refitted (False!) Any prospective purchasers will look at the last 3 years trading history and will invariably want a positive sales / profit trajectory - This is usually only possible with adequate investment in the retail environment  and the practice's perceived market position.  They will also not have to factor in any additional heavy up-front investments.

3.My patient demographic doesn't support having a refit (False!) All practices benefit from looking and feeling good - regardless of demographic / patient base. We can also widen the appeal or change the demographic entirely if required - We will work with you to address which is the best way forward for you !

4. I don't need the services of a dedicated optical shopfitter (False - Sort of!) You don't - in the same way as you don't need a dentist to remove your teeth .... There are alternatives but it is always best to use a specialist who knows what they are doing and understands your business - knowledge and experience count - lots.

5. I don't need to include my staff in any decisions regarding my practice refit (False!) Always engage all staff members and stakeholders in any major decisions of this type - They are at the coal face and may inform the decision direction in ways you might not have considered - Your designer will act as your referee !!

6. If I have a refit it'll be out of date in a few years (False!) Untrue - We will always future proof your design. Practices we refitted 40 years ago are still thriving.

7.  I need a shopfitter that is local to me (False!) Lynx IDG work across the whole of the UK, Ireland & Europe and have done for decades - We are always on hand and have teams available to assist at the drop of a hat - Big enough to support, small enough to care !
